Apartment of 60 m2, including a large bedroom - "king size" bed (180 x 200) or twin beds (90 x 200), a large living-dining room with fireplace insert, with television.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: Gas cooker, Extractor hood, Microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer.

It has a shower room with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer & welcome products.

Private terrace, with table, chairs & deckchairs: view of the countryside, its Mediterranean garden and its superb sunsets.

Covered parking space.

The apartment is for 2 people

(for a third person we can put a real extra bed of 90 x 200 cm in the living room. The price of the extra bed is 20.- €/day).

High Season Rate "SUMMER" April 1 to October 31:

105.- € / Day * 700.- € / Week

​

Low Season "WINTER" rate from November 1 to March 31:

85.- € / Day * 550.- € / Week

The rental is inclusive of all taxes and charges.

We provide you with the following services in your apartment:

Mineral water, heating, electricity, household linen (sheets, towels and sunbathing towels), high-speed WIFI internet access, television, private parking space, and cleaning on departure.

And in winter, firewood for the fireplace: We will clean your fireplace every day and prepare it for your comfort, then all you have to do is feed it with logs (from November 1 to March 31 of each year).
