The kitchen open to the living room with wood stove, is equipped with: Gas stove, Extractor hood, Oven, Microwave, fridge-freezer.

 

It has a bathroom with shower, sink, WC, hairdryer & welcome product.

 

Private terrace, with table, chairs & deckchairs: view of the countryside, our almond field and its superb sunsets.

 

Parking space with independent entrance.

 

The apartment is for 2 people

(for a third person, we can put a real extra bed of 90 x 200 cm in the living room, the price of the extra bed is €20.-/day)

The rental includes all taxes & all charges included.

We provide you with the following services in your apartment:

Mineral water, heating, electricity, household linen (sheets, towels and sunbathing towels), high-speed WIFI internet access, television, private parking space, and cleaning on departure.

From April 1st to October 31st:

 

We will provide you with everything to prepare your own continental breakfast at a time that suits you throughout your stay.

 

TABLE D'HÔTES = As an option, we offer on request a catering service at our table d'hôte:

Lunch (10 €/pers) - Dinner (20 €/pers) - Drinks included.

 

We will ask you to confirm it the day before if you wish to have your meals with us at the table d'hôtes.

 

From November 1st to March 31st:

 

We will provide you with everything to prepare your own continental breakfast at a time that suits you for your arrival, and then we will leave it to you to restock.

 

NO TABLE D'HÔTES DURING WINTER

 

We will provide you with firewood for the fireplace: We will clean your fireplace every day and prepare it for your comfort, then you will only have to feed it with logs (from November 1st to March 31st of each year).

 

And you will have at your disposal a mobile gas heater that you can use at your convenience. We provide you with a full gas bottle upon your arrival, and if you need other gas bottles, we will provide it to you at the cost price that we buy it.​​​
