The rental price includes all taxes and charges.
We provide the following services in your apartment:
Mineral water, heating, electricity, linens (sheets, bath towels, and beach towels), high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, television, private parking space, and final cleaning + Continental Breakfast: We will provide everything you need to prepare your own continental breakfast at your convenience throughout your stay.
From May 1st to September 30th :
TABLE D'HÔTES = As an option, we offer a dinner service at our table d'hôtes upon request: €22 per person - drinks included.
Please confirm your reservation the day before if you wish to dine with us at the table d'hôtes.
From October 1st, to April 30th :
NO DINING AT THE TABLE D'HÔTES AVAILABLE DURING WINTER
We will provide firewood for your fireplace: We will clean your fireplace daily and prepare it for your comfort; after that, all you will need to do is add logs (from November 1st to March 31st each year).
You will also have a portable gas heater at your disposal for your use. We will provide you with a full gas cylinder upon your arrival, and if you need additional cylinders, we will supply them at our cost price.
The apartments are non-smoking, but you may smoke outside: on your private terrace or around the pool.
Our guest apartments are not wheelchair accessible due to the few steps leading up to them.
And unfortunately, your four-legged friends (cats, dogs) or finned friends (goldfish or other colorful fish) are not allowed.
Charges and payment terms :
Booking deposit: To guarantee your reservation, a 30% deposit is required via bank transfer or PayPal.
Payment: The remaining balance of your reservation must be paid upon arrival by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
CANCELATION POLICY :
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 28 days before the start of the stay, the client will not be responsible for any fees and the deposit will be fully refunded.
b) If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 27 days before the start of the stay, we will refund up to 50% of the deposit.
c) If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the owner will retain the deposit.
