The prices are valid for 1 or 2 people per apartment and per night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. (for a 3rd person contact us)

The rental means all taxes & charges included.

We provide you with the following services in your apartment:

​

• Mineral water, heating, electricity, linens (Sheets, Towels and sunbathing towels), high-speed WIFI internet access, Television, private parking space, and cleaning on departure.

      

• As well as everything to prepare your continental breakfast yourself at a time that suits you.

 

• For all reservations from 7 consecutive nights, an intermediate cleaning is included

(cleaning & change of all household linen - bed & towels -).

If you wish as an option, we can offer a table d'hôte catering service on request:

Lunch (10 € / pers) - Dinner (20 € / pers) - Drinks included.

The apartments are non-smoking, but you can smoke outside: on your private terrace or around the swimming pool.

Our guest apartments are not accessible to people in wheelchairs, as there are some steps to access them.

And your four-legged (cats, dogs) or finned (red or multicolored fish) friends are unfortunately not accepted.

 

Charges and payment terms:

Booking deposit: To guarantee the reservation, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% per bank transfer or Paypal.

Payment: The balance of your reservation must be paid on arrival per bank transfer, Paypal of Credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the client will not be liable for any fees and the deposit will be fully refunded.

 

b) If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner.

 

Exclusion of liability:

The owner is not responsible for damage caused and / or theft by others, use of all facilities is at your own risk. You will be charged for any damage to furniture, and other on-site installations.
